It was a difficult time looking for a house in a seller's market. The supply was low, the demand was high, and the prices quickly rose above the listing price, usually pricing me out of homes before we were able to provide an offer. At one point, I almost gave up. I felt maybe I wasn't ready for this very aggressive market. Deanna brought me into her office and committed to me that she was going to continue to do everything in her power to get me my home, that year. And that's exactly what she did. She worked really hard to get me an affordable home, and most importantly, a home in the neighborhood I wanted. Deanna was honest, she was transparent, and she made sure I was fully aware of the home buying process since this was my first time. She had all the necessary referrals ready to go, but never once made me feel pressured to use her referrals, even though I used everyone she recommended! And I had no problems with the services of those referrals or their rates. I can't say enough how thankful I am to have had Deanna on my team.
